Welcome back to another fabulous 1st Friday Alternative/Nuevo Tango at OmCulture! This monthly dance is designed for those who love dancing tango to non-traditional tango music which can include everything from sumptuous Nuevo to non-tango alternative.
This format lends itself well to more open embrace, bigger movements and even non-tango styling. It's a fun, friendly environment in which everyone is welcome and all are encouraged to be proactive about getting on the floor. There is no Tanda requirement to dance 4 songs in a row. In this dance it is perfectly acceptable to dance several dances in a row or just one - your choice!
